Situated close to Akbuk
Bay, approximately 850 meters to the beach, these villas are very conveniently
located near Akbuk's local amenities, such as restaurants, bars, markets and
traditional village bazaar, which are all 750 meters away. Beautiful and
peaceful green & blue scenery of Akbuk attracts the people all the time of the
year.
Currently, Akbuk is 90
km away from the Bodrum International Airport, but as the new road
finishes approximately in 2-3 years, the distance will be nearly 55 km.
Bodrum is 110 kms away, which is one
of the well known holiday and entertainment cities of Turkey. The
Crystal Villas Project is located next to the new road, so it is an ideal
situation for ease of travelling to your new holiday home.
The other places of interest outside of
Akbuk are just 15 minutes drive away. The Temple of Apollo,
which is a mythological temple of oracles, is 20 kilometers away. The two
ancient cities, Miletos and Priene are 45 kms away. Didim central
amenities, such as local Saturday bazaar, restaurants, banks, shops and
supermarkets are 20 kms away. Altinkum, which is the most popular
entertaining area of the city of Didim, is 25 kilometers away, having
everything for everyone, restaurants, shops, bars, nightlife, noise and
crowd.
Izmir, the
third biggest city of Turkey is 165 kms away and a frequent bus service goes
to Izmir for a total of £10 with return! It takes only 2,5 hours with the
express bus.

C30 standard concrete
is used on the construction, which is more resistant to the earthquake than
the C25 standard in Building Regulations.

are guaranteed for 10 years.

Interior paint will be
light yellow as standard. It is changeable by the customer desires.
