11 03 2006 We visited Altinkum, Turkey in June 2005 with our friends who were going with the intention of buying a property. As we have never visited Turkey before we thought it would be nice for us to go along with them. Crystal Homes made us all very welcome they showed us several different properties and took us around the surrounding area to give us a feel of the place our friends bought in Didim. The next day we all went to see Golden Beach Complex and we fell in love with the house and location and with the help of Crystal Homes we purchased a property, much to our surprise. As our property is in the process of being built all at Crystal Homes has kept us informed of the progress and we are looking forward to seeing them in June when the house is finished. All this could not have happened without the great hospitality and help we received from all at Crystal Homes. Cliff & Kathy Plymouth. Devon.

We visited Turkey,Altinkum, for the first time in June 2005. The people were friendly, Altinkum was beautiful and we decided to explore the possibility of buying a property. At this stage we came across Crystal Homes Turkey, quite by chance,but the reception and subsequent service we reeived was fo the highest standard. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated like members of the family by Mus, Arif and Ibrahim. We viewed several apartments and found one which we fell in love with. The whole process from there on could not have been simpler mainly because of the efforts of the Crysal Homes management and staff. The purchase of the property and furniture was effectively completed in two days but their involvement did not stop there, indeed it has continued ever since. Whilst there have been staff changes since our initial visits nothing has changed. We now deal mainly with Anna Harris, the new office manager, and she has continued in the same vein as her predecessors. We cannot thank them all for their kindness and hospitality and have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective buyers. Lilian and Brian Steen, Northern Ireland.

I have just toured this website and think it is very informative and professional, one of the best I have seen. It is well written with lots of interesting features, not just about trying to sell property. I get the impression you really care about potential customers! Buying an apartment in a foreign country is a worrying thing as you never quite know what you or who you are dealing with. You always have doubts about strangers integrity and honesty and this can sometimes cloud your judgement but in our particular case we felt none of this and felt totally at ease with everybody at Crystal Homes. We look forward to working with everybody at Crystal in the future as we still have to furnish our room and judging by the previous messages they are always at hand to help. I was really excited about buying a villa and moving to Turkey, until I arrived and found that my emlak did not want to know about after sales and proved to be a total waste of time. Fortunately, Crystal Homes were the developers of my villa and they have taken over after sales completely. Mus and Anna have held my hand throughout, helping me to open a bank account, get my visa, buy a car, buy furniture, get house insurance and a hundred other things. All with a smile, a cup tea and lots of reassurance. All of this service came with no added costs except for the price of the petrol to get to Aydin on several occasions for my visa and car!! Every day there seemed to be another problem that Mus and Anna were able to solve for me. I cannot thank Crystal Homes enough for all the help they have given, and continue to give me. We recently bought a property in Altinkum, Turkey. It could not have been easier thanks to our wonderful new friends at Crystal Homes. They arranged for us to view the property and lots of others at 1300 hrs, we had made up our minds by 18.00hrs and by 21.00hrs we were at the solicitors with an interpreter and the builder ready to sign the contracts. The solicitor made sure everything was legal and above board and within the hour contracts were signed. By the next morning we had an English copy of the contract and that was it the apartment was ours. The next day they took us to choose our furniture we picked out everything we wanted and Crystal Homes arranged for it to be delivered ready for us to move in. We would certainly recommend them to our friends and now we cant wait to visit our new family at Crystal Homes next time we visit. Thank you so much to the whole Crystal Homes Family for helping us to buy Sera and for making us feel like we belong, Thank You.
