Property Management Services Whether you have a home here for your personal use or to rent to family and friends, it is always reassuring to know that there is someone on hand that can take good care of your investment whilst you are away. That is why we at Crystal Homes Turkey offer you a complete property management service. You can have full peace of mind knowing that your property will be looked after and checked regularly to make sure that everything is in order during your absence. When you or your guests are visiting we can arrange to have the property cleaned and prepared and even provide a welcome pack of groceries so that your holiday can start immediately without the need for making up beds or having to shop for basic supplies. We can pay your monthly bills, arrange for cleaning and provide local airport transfers for you and your guests. Further Details Our property management team will visit your property at least once a month to check for any signs of damage or security problems. During the visit they will open windows and air the property and check everything is in full working order. At the end of the visit a checklist will be completed and a copy provided to you with an email report each month. In the unlikely event we encounter any problems we will advise you immediately by email or telephone to obtain your instructions and authorisation to carry out any emergency repairs or rectify any problems. We will endeavour to obtain the best price for any works required and advise you accordingly. In all cases, the client will be responsible for any cost involved for repairs. In the event of vandalism/burglary, we will secure the property, contact the relevant authorities and advise you immediately. Please note: we would require power of attorney in order to liaise with the police/jandarma and insurance companies on your behalf. In all cases, the client will be responsible for any cost involved for securing the property and repairing any damage, and for dealing with any insurance claims. (We strongly recommend customers to obtain adequate household insurance) We will arrange to have your home thoroughly cleaned throughout and afterwards our property services manager will inspect it to ensure it passes our 20 point checklist. A copy of this will be left at the property for your perusal. Prices will vary according to the size of the property. We will need a minimum of two days notice for this service. In addition to this we can provide a Laundry service if required. Please note: The customer should ensure there are adequate cleaning supplies available in the property or we can purchase them on your behalf and the cost will be added to the final invoice. (We will leave an invoice for payment of this service at the property for yourself or your guest to settle during your visit.) When you arrive at your property the last thing you or your guests want to do is traipse around the shops for basic supplies. We can supply a basic welcome pack of groceries and supplies: This will include items such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, bottled water, jam, eggs, butter, cheese and toilet roll. The cost of this basic package would be around £15; however if requested, we can provide a deluxe package containing the basic items as above and including fruit, soft drinks, beer, wine, flowers or chocolates, or whatever else you desire! Just advise us of your requirements and the number of people arriving at least one week beforehand and leave the rest to us. Your supplies will be unpacked and put away ready for use. (We will leave an invoice for payment of this service at the property for yourself or your guest to settle during your visit.) When you own a holiday home here you will still be liable for those monthly utility bills occupied or not! The electricity, telephone and water suppliers levy a monthly standing charge whether your property is empty or in use and if these charges are not paid it is possible your supply will be disconnected. We can take care of these monthly headaches for you, we will collect and pay the bills on your behalf and notify you of the amount paid. The receipted invoices will then be passed to you on your next visit. We will calculate an approximate annual cost for your monthly bills based on the usage of the property and will require this amount to be “banked” with us for you to take advantage of this service. At the end of the twelve month period any credit/debit will be settled accordingly. Even if you don’t require any other management services you may feel it’s a good idea to leave a key with someone you can trust in the event of emergency. We can provide you with this simple service and the peace of mind that goes with it. For security purposes we will request a key password, we will not release your key to anyone without email authorisation; we will require identification from your intended recipient and request they complete a release form. Upon the return of the key a member of the property services staff will sign the same form confirming return. In the event of an emergency where you have not had the time to inform us previously, a telephone or fax authorisation will suffice, providing the correct password has been given. |
